In a world where fake news spreads faster than grandma’s homemade apple pie recipe, it’s no surprise that a photoshopped picture has been making the rounds claiming that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is battling a bad case of COVID-19. But hold on to your cowboy hats, folks, because that photo is faker than a three-dollar bill!

Despite what the internet trolls want you to believe, Netanyahu is not in the hospital fighting off a mutated form of the coronavirus. No siree! The man is just dealing with a good ol’ seasonal flu, according to the Prime Minister’s Office. So, all you Chicken Littles out there yelling, “The sky is falling!” can take a chill pill and relax.
But that’s not all, folks. The photo in question supposedly showing Netanyahu in a hospital bed with his wife by his side? Well, guess what? It’s as real as unicorns playing poker. That’s right, the original picture from way back in 2015 actually featured a woman in that bed, not our dear Prime Minister.
