Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom of California is making quite a name for himself, and it’s not a good one. He’s become synonymous with a rather unsavory trend that is hard to forget: the Gavin Newsom Poop Map. Yes, you heard that right. There’s actually a map that tracks reports of human feces on the streets of San Francisco, and it’s not a pretty sight.

During a recent debate on Fox News, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican presidential candidate, took the opportunity to show Newsom just how infamous he has become. Holding up a printed screenshot from the poop map app, DeSantis smirked as he explained what it depicted. The map plots the locations where human feces have been found on the streets of San Francisco, and the number of plots is astonishing. Over a nine-year period, there have been more than 75,000 reports of human feces in the city. Talk about a crappy situation.
The poop map, created by the nonprofit organization OpenTheBooks.com, has highlighted the troubling issue of homelessness and decaying cities that has developed under Newsom’s watch. And yet, instead of addressing the problem, Newsom simply laughed it off during the debate, seemingly unconcerned about the plight of his fellow Californians. It’s clear that he is more interested in playing politics than actually serving the people.
It’s no wonder that there is speculation about Newsom potentially becoming the Democratic presidential nominee in 2024. After all, if the party rewards ruthlessness and a disregard for the well-being of constituents, then Newsom is the perfect candidate. As Tucker Carlson aptly put it, he is “the single most ruthless and evil person” in politics. And that’s saying something.
Whether it’s cleaning up the streets for a Communist dictator or using the suffering of Californians for his own theatrical purposes, Newsom’s actions reveal his true character. He is a narcissistic individual who craves recognition for his supposed moral virtue, even when he hasn’t put in the work to earn it. It’s no wonder that DeSantis called him out as a sociopath during the debate. Newsom’s behavior is truly deserving of mockery and marginalization.
In the end, the Gavin Newsom Poop Map is a stark reminder of the failure of leadership in California. It’s time for the state’s residents to hold their governor accountable and demand better. Hopefully, this map will serve as a wake-up call and spark real change in the Golden State. Californians deserve better than a governor who laughs off their struggles and prioritizes his own political ambitions over their well-being.
