As Iran’s war rages and terrorists target energy infrastructure, the world’s oil supply is held hostage. Early Thursday, a Saudi oil refinery took a hit from a drone. The message is loud and clear: when America lets its enemies run wild, everyone suffers.
Under strong U.S. leadership, rogue states thought twice before carrying out attacks like this. But liberals and globalists let our rivals gain power. Now we see the results. American families are cringing at the pump, worrying if they can afford a simple trip to the grocery store. All of this could have been avoided if the left hadn’t obsessed with killing off American energy independence.

Instead of unleashing America’s oil and gas resources, Democrats prefer to bow to radical climate activists. Windmills and solar panels can’t power our trucks, our planes, or our jobs. But the left keeps shutting down pipelines and handing the keys to OPEC and Iran. It’s environmental fantasy at the price of American prosperity.
Meanwhile, so-called “world leaders” wring their hands, pretending more climate summits will bring peace to the Middle East. The truth is, America’s enemies don’t care about the environment or “equity.” They care about power. When we undermine our own energy industry, we hand that power directly to thugs and tyrants on the other side of the world.
How high will prices have to go before the elites in Washington finally wake up? Or is this exactly what they want—an America weakened, dependent, and left begging the rest of the world for mercy? When American energy workers lose their jobs and families pay $7 for a gallon of gas, just remember: it wasn’t an accident. It was the left’s plan all along.
