RFK Jr. Stands with Trump: Every Patriot Should Be Worried!

Left-wing independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is absolutely appalled by the activist Colorado Supreme Court’s ludicrous ruling that former President Donald Trump is ineligible for the state’s 2024 ballot. Kennedy did not hold back in his criticism of the court, calling them out on Tuesday.

The activist Democrat-infested state supreme court made an unbelievable ruling, claiming that Donald Trump had engaged in an “insurrection” against the federal government on January 6, 2021. Consequently, they argued that this action disqualifies him from seeking re-election due to the 14th Amendment. Despite a lower court in the state ruling the opposite, RFK Jr. argues that the high court is working to undermine democracy. He criticized the decision, saying it’s something that a banana republic would do.

“Trump blocked from the ballot in Colorado. When a court in another country disqualifies an opposition candidate from running, we say, ‘That’s not a real democracy.’ Now it’s happening here,” Kennedy expressed on social media on Tuesday. He followed it up with another post, stating, “I’m not a Trump supporter (if I were, I wouldn’t be running against him!) But I want to beat him in a fair election, not because he was kicked off the ballot. Let the voters choose, not the courts!”

The Colorado Republican Party is equally outraged by this outrageously partisan ruling. They have even threatened to withdraw their participation in the state primaries if this ruling is upheld.

Kennedy, however, wasn’t finished venting his frustrations at this attack on American democracy. He went on to post a more extensive thread on the issue later on.

Has Trump’s removal from the ballot been politically motivated?

Yes: 100% (1 Vote)

No: 0% (0 Votes)

“Every American should be concerned about the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove President Trump from the ballot. The court has deprived him of a significant right without even being convicted of a crime,” said the former Democrat candidate. He continued, “This was done without an evidentiary hearing in which he is given the basic right to confront his accusers. When any candidate is deprived of their right to run, the American people are denied their right to choose,” RFK Jr. emphasized.

“I hope the Colorado Supreme Court swiftly reverses this decision. At the very least, it contributes to the perception that the elites are choosing the President by manipulating the legal system and other interventions,” he warned. “If Trump is kept out of office through judicial fiat rather than being defeated in a fair election, his supporters will never accept the result. This country will become ungovernable.”

“It’s time to trust the voters. It is up to the people to decide who the best candidate is. Not the courts. The people. That’s Democracy 101,” he concluded.

GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy was also sickened by this assault on our elections by radical Democrats. He pledged to remove his name from Colorado’s primary ballot in solidarity with Trump.

Let it be remembered that the four Colorado “justices” who voted to bar Trump from the state ballot are all political appointees who are leaning to the far left.

So, who are these four partisan political operatives? Justices Richard L. Gabriel, William W. Hood III, Melissa Hart, and Monica Márquez – mostly Ivy Leaguers – voted in favor. Three other justices dissented.

Gabriel, who has been accused (though cleared in an investigation) of gender discrimination and harassment, is not only a longtime property lawyer but also a jazz musician, according to the Daily Mail.

Justice Melissa Hart, who spent most of her law career as a professor, was accused of racial and age discrimination against a black job applicant. However, a federal judge dismissed the case, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Finally, Justice Monica Márquez earned her seat on the court due to being a radical gay activist. She ticked off the box as the “first Latina Justice” for the race-obsessed Democrats.
