These activist judges aren’t just bending the rules; they are shredding the Constitution to protect Joe Biden’s failed policies and stop the will of the 77 million Americans who voted for Trump. This is lawfare on steroids, a blatant power grab by a politically charged judiciary that believes it can rewrite our laws and short-circuit our democracy.
Take the recent example of Judge Amir Ali, who ordered the Trump administration to pay $2 billion to left-wing NGOs that had been soaking up American tax dollars under failed foreign aid programs. These weren’t just wasted dollars; they often funded absurd causes like transgender opera programs, climate-friendly coffee shops in Indonesia, and even condoms for the Taliban. It’s a disgrace. Thankfully, conservatives in Congress, led by stalwarts like Jim Jordan and Brian Mast, are pushing back hard by proposing legislation to wrest control away from rogue judges and restore scrutiny and sanity to foreign aid spending.
This power struggle isn’t about legal technicalities—it’s about who rules America. One unelected Biden appointee is arrogantly substituting his own agenda for the elected branches of government, overriding the President, Congress, and America’s national security priorities. This is a slap in the face to our system of checks and balances. The Constitution clearly gives foreign policy control to Congress and the Executive.
