Seattle’s police chief is putting woke politics above public safety, refusing to help federal agents protect our borders. While crime surges, SPD bosses care more about coddling illegal immigrants than stopping lawlessness. This radical sanctuary city policy puts every American family at risk.
Chief Shon Barnes proudly announced his cops won’t work with ICE to deport dangerous criminals. Instead of backing Trump’s tough border policies, Seattle police are giving illegal immigrants special treatment. This weakness tells cartels and gang members they can squat here without consequences.
Liberal politicians created this mess by tying officers’ hands with “sanctuary” rules. SPD can’t even ask about immigration status when arresting robbers or rapists. Regular citizens pay the price when criminal aliens get released to prey on neighborhoods again.
The department got caught lying about ICE near schools, then tried covering it up. Cops in unmarked cars are sneaking around playgrounds to push their open-border agenda. Parents shouldn’t have to wonder if police are protecting kids or shielding illegal immigrants.
Barnes claims this approach builds “trust” in minority communities. But real trust comes from enforcing laws equally, not playing favorites. Legal immigrants who followed the rules get hurt worst when cops ignore immigration crimes.
Violent criminals laugh as SPD wastes time on virtue signaling instead of patrols. While officers baby illegals, drug dealers and human traffickers operate freely. Bloodthirsty MS-13 thugs must love Seattle’s soft-on-crime leadership.
This isn’t compassion—it’s surrender. By refusing to uphold federal law, Seattle invites more illegal crossings and drug smuggling. Every overdose death and fentanyl-poisoned child traces back to these reckless sanctuary policies.
True patriots want police focused on catching criminals, not social justice experiments. Until SPD starts honoring ICE detainers and deporting violent illegals, no citizen is safe. It’s time to put America First and clean up this liberal disaster.
