Instead of heading back home geographically speaking, he seems to be contemplating a move to Uganda, of all places. Apparently, Garcia was offered a chance to go to Costa Rica, which is significantly closer to his home country. The offer, which involved serving some additional jail time there, was met with a firm “no thanks” from Garcia.
