Tacopina, who has categorically denied any wrongdoing, can now relish in his triumph and take pleasure in the fact that Daniels and her "joke lawyer" have had their fifteen minutes of notoriety expire.

Although Tacopina may exhale a murmur of relief, his ability to cross-examine Daniels remains precluded should she provide testimony in the forthcoming trial against Trump. A judge had previously concluded that Tacopina had no conflict of interest, thereby verifying that Daniels' claims were without merit. This decision follows that ruling. Daniels' efforts to disparage Tacopina appear to have been in vain.
The allegations pertaining to Tacopina's association with Daniels were raised during the April arraignment of Trump, wherein he faced charges of fabricating business records concerning Daniels. Clark Brewster, the attorney for Daniels, contended that his client had consulted with the law firm of Tacopina concerning the hush money arrangement. Nevertheless, Tacopina has maintained steadfastly that he never represented Daniels in court and had never even encountered her in person.
Daniels continues to prosecute her case against Trump despite having issued a substantial court order and suffering repeated setbacks in her legal endeavors. March is the scheduled date for Trump's criminal trial in New York; he has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Daniels' ultimate decision regarding whether to concede defeat or persist in her apparently ceaseless quest for attention and litigation is yet to be determined.
