Last week, the Supreme Court delivered a double victory that should make every American proud—unless, of course, you’re one of those left-leaning, big-government types that prefer bureaucratic red tape over efficiency. The wins came in favor of President Trump’s efforts to streamline government, despite repeated attempts by liberal activists and biased judges to sabotage his administration at every turn.
First, we look at the unrelenting attack on the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The liberals love to drown their opponents in lawsuits when they can’t win on legislative merits. So it wasn’t surprising when they launched legal roadblocks to DOGE’s mission to clean up the mess left by previous administrations. The left clings to their narrative of “data privacy,” but let’s be honest: it’s about sabotaging a highly efficient Trump-led government that could make the swamp obsolete.
A liberal judge initially tried to ban DOGE officials from accessing crucial Social Security Administration records unless they jumped through ridiculous hoops. What a joke! Thank goodness the Supreme Court saw through this charade, giving Trump’s team the green light to move forward. Of course, this decision threw the usual liberal suspects—Kagan and Sotomayor—into a frenzy, but why should anyone be surprised? They seem more concerned with maintaining bureaucratic chaos than letting DOGE shine a light on inefficiency and waste.
Then there’s the ridiculous lawsuit from CREW—liberal watchdog by name, Obama lackey by nature—aiming to drag DOGE through endless discovery over something as trivial as whether they’re a “federal agency” under FOIA. Simply another attempt to put more obstacles in the way of a President who dares to govern effectively. CREW’s attacks were, again, swatted aside by the Court. A much-needed victory against their misguided efforts to hinder a department committed to saving taxpayer dollars.
Meanwhile, liberals like House Minority Whip Katherine Clark are busy spreading fear and paranoia about the Trump administration’s intentions. It’s the same old hysteria we’ve seen time and time again—wild accusations about government overreach when, in reality, the Trump administration is just doing what it does best: shaking up the status quo to serve the American people better.
As President Trump continues the fight to deliver a leaner, more effective government, we must ask ourselves: when will the left finally accept that less government actually serves the people better? Maybe when pigs fly—and not a moment sooner.
