The Department of Justice has filed yet another lawsuit against the great state of Texas. This time, the DOJ is going after Texas for having the audacity to protect its borders and uphold the rule of law. Governor Greg Abbott, a true patriot, has been vocal about the state’s need to fend for itself in the face of President Biden’s deliberate inaction on border security.

The heart of the matter is Senate Bill 4, a crucial piece of legislation aimed at stemming the tidal wave of illegal entry into Texas. This common-sense law makes illegal immigration a criminal offense for repeat offenders and sets potential prison sentences of up to 20 years. Moreover, the bill provides a mechanism to order illegal immigrants to return to their home countries. This is what real leadership looks like, folks.
The Biden Admin. not only refuses to enforce current U.S. immigration laws, they now want to stop Texas from enforcing laws against illegal immigration.

However, the Biden administration and their cronies at the DOJ are up in arms, alleging that Texas has no right to enforce its own immigration laws. They claim that Texas is somehow intruding on the federal government’s exclusive authority to regulate immigration. It’s as if they’ve forgotten that states have rights too!
In response to the DOJ’s lawsuit threat, Governor Abbott rightfully called out the hostility to the rule of law in this country. He pointed out the absurdity of the Biden administration’s refusal to enforce our nation’s immigration laws while trying to prevent Texas from enforcing its own. The hypocrisy is truly mind-boggling.
It’s clear that Biden and his cronies are more interested in kowtowing to illegal immigrants than upholding the laws that have made America great. But fear not, because Texas is not backing down. Governor Abbott and the Lone Star State are standing strong in the face of this relentless assault on our nation’s sovereignty. Texas is on the front lines of the battle to save America, and true patriots everywhere stand with them.
