This isn’t your run-of-the-mill campus protest. This girl, Camryn Booker, screamed vile insults, celebrating Kirk’s murder in cold blood. She practically danced on his memory, shouting curse words and threats right into the faces of decent Americans there to pay their respects. And when confronted, she weaponized her race to deflect criticism—classic liberal playbook. Instead of owning the disgusting behavior, she doubled down, revealing a well of entitlement and aggression fostered by the very institutions that are supposed to educate.

What happened next was as it should be: Booker faced consequences. Police swiftly arrested her on multiple charges—including battery and disorderly conduct—after her hostile outburst turned physical. Even Texas Gov. Greg Abbott weighed in, sharing her mugshot and sending a clear message: if you mock the murder of a patriot, justice will catch up with you. It’s comforting to see at least some leaders willing to draw a line in the sand while campus bureaucracies continue to spin in circles, hesitating to expel her outright.
Can anyone still pretend that our universities are bastions of free inquiry and respect? No. They’re cesspools where left-wing mobs are nurtured to harass and intimidate those who disagree. While Charlie Kirk’s assassin reportedly has a twisted personal life that mainstream media barely touches, the Left wastes time whitewashing the killer’s identity instead of addressing the violent ideology that churns behind it. Meanwhile, defenders of free speech and American values get shouted down, canceled, or worse. The radical Left’s plan to rip America apart piece by piece marches forward unchecked in these hallowed halls.
If we allow this poison to fester on campuses and in culture, we are inviting more violence, more hatred, and more silence where courage once stood. The question for patriots is simple: are we going to stand by and let these extremists mock our heroes, or will we insist on law, order, and respect for those who sacrifice everything to keep America great?
