The Trump administration is saving American taxpayers from another liberal disaster. The Education Department finally put an end to the nonsense of funding education for illegal aliens. It’s about time someone remembered the meaning of “illegal.” This decisive action, spearheaded by the clear-headed approach of Trump’s team, is a victory for anyone who believes in the rule of law and respecting the citizens who rightfully belong here.

Under this bold new direction, taxpayer dollars won’t be squandered subsidizing the education of individuals who broke the law to be here. Liberals will shout and squirm, but what they fail to understand—or choose to ignore—is simple: America shouldn’t reward illegal behavior. The promise of a free pass only fuels more border crossings and undermines our laws.
Democrats love to argue for compassion as they dig deep into taxpayers’ pockets. While claiming the moral high ground, they pin legal immigrants against the very system they’re supposedly championing. Why should Americans’ hard-earned money fund the educational aspirations of people who spit on our borders? Shouldn’t those funds uplift U.S. citizens striving to better themselves legally?
This isn’t even the first time Trump has rescued us from the education-industrial complex’s disastrous policies. Recently, nearly $7 billion in questionable grants were cut for being too cozy with radical leftist agendas. Instead of fostering educational excellence, these funds were being hijacked for English programs favoring illegal immigrants. Talk about misplaced priorities.
When will our leaders remember that this isn’t just a free-for-all buffet to spend American dollars on foreign interests? If someone wishes to study in the United States, they need to do it the right way. Want the opportunities America offers? Then respect its laws first. Point blank—what if we just shut down the Department of Education altogether? After all, President Trump has already shown us how to secure our border without the globalist song and dance.
