This was a bold move that followed the passing of liberal icon Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Conservatives across America cheered, hopeful that Barrett would solidify the Court’s conservative shift. But now, whispers from the corridors of power reveal that Trump feels let down by Barrett’s performance on the bench.
Multiple sources say that Trump privately expressed disappointment with the justices he appointed. He expected them to champion his America First agenda more aggressively. Barrett, in particular, has reportedly become a point of ongoing frustration. Some in Trump’s circle have sharply criticized her for not being as firm and consistent in her rulings as conservatives had hoped.
