Trump Makes Heroic Visit To Help Ohio Toxic Disaster Victims

Former President Trump recently visited the small town of East Palestine, Ohio, which was devastated by a train derailment that left toxic chemicals in the water and air. Trump brought truckloads of bottled water and cleaning supplies to the town, while President Joe Biden and his administration failed to do so. Trump’s spokesman Steven Cheung said in a statement that Trump is meeting with the citizens of East Palestine and will never forget them and what they are going through, unlike Biden and the federal government who have failed them from the beginning.

John Rourke, the CEO of Blue Line Moving which transported the pallets of water to East Palestine, criticized Biden and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg for not putting the American people first. He said that Biden and Buttigieg should stay away because the real President is taking care of American citizens.

Two weeks after the incident, the Biden Administration finally announced that it would deploy medical personnel and toxicologists from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to the Ohio town. However, this announcement came after Trump’s visit to the town, which shows that Biden and his administration are not prioritizing the needs of American citizens.

Furthermore, when Buttigieg finally decided to visit the incident site, he tried to shift the blame for the train derailment onto the Trump Administration. He claimed he was “constrained” by withdrawing a 2018 Department of Transportation 2018 proposed rule that would require trains carrying some dangerous chemicals to use electronically controlled pneumatic (ECP) brakes.

It is clear that President Joe Biden and his administration are not doing enough to help the citizens of East Palestine. While President Trump was quick to respond to their needs, Biden and his team were nowhere to be found. This is yet another example of how Biden is failing to put American citizens first, while former President Trump continues to show his commitment to helping those in need.
