In a recent Oval Office press briefing, President Donald Trump revealed that he expects to receive a report detailing two assassination attempts on his life. The two would-be assassins have backgrounds that raise more questions than answers. First up is Thomas Matthew Crooks, who almost turned a Pennsylvania rally into a scene straight out of an action movie last July. This guy apparently harbored ambitions of international intrigue, possibly colluding with foreign elements. Then there’s Ryan Wesley Routh, who not only had a fascination with murder but also came armed with an arsenal of six cell phones, some adorned with bizarre markings. It’s safe to say that these attempts could sound like the stuff of conspiracy theories, yet here we are.
Trump didn’t commit to releasing the findings from the report, but the intrigue built around it is palpable. This is one issue even he can’t pin on Biden, as the responsibility lies heavily with the Biden Justice Department, which had prior knowledge of the peculiarities surrounding these would-be assassins. Their silence on the matter is raising eyebrows and leading to speculation about what sort of coordinated efforts might have been at play. If there’s anything that screams corruption, it’s the glaring lack of transparency regarding these assassination plots. When innocent citizens start becoming collateral damage in political gamesmanship, that’s when red flags go up.
The specifics of these assassination attempts exemplify a stunning security lapse that no one in the Secret Service has yet explained satisfactorily. Crooks attempted to take a shot at Trump from a rooftop less than 400 yards from the stage—hardly a safe distance for any president. If that doesn’t showcase a catastrophic failure in presidential protection protocols, what does? The administration’s apparent unpreparedness raises critical questions about how seriously they are taking the safety of the Commander-in-Chief.
I say YES HE CAN blame Biden and a list of others that could have been connected even remotely. This wasn’t some kid acting all alone on that rooftop in Butler. Anybody that buys that buys the Warren Comm story.

Meanwhile, Routh’s story is jaw-dropping. He allegedly concealed himself on the grounds of Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, armed with a scoped rifle and a GoPro for what could only be described as a bizarrely cinematic endeavor. The Secret Service came alarmingly close to neutralizing Routh but somehow managed to miss him from mere feet away. Let that sink in—point-blank range, and their marksmanship was as off as a bad sitcom. Routh made a run for it but was later apprehended by local law enforcement. One can’t help but wonder what additional danger lurks when such significant oversights are being made.
The situation serves as a grim reminder of the current landscape where political divisions have reached new heights. With figures like Crooks and Routh attempting to silence opposition through violence, the stakes have never been higher. One also can’t overlook the implications of these attempts being swept under the rug by an administration that seems to prefer burying inconvenient truths. As we await the details of Trump’s upcoming report, it’s time to demand answers not just for the safety of one man but for the entire political narrative that informs the safety of democracy itself.
