Donald Trump is once again shaking up the status quo, this time by taking a chainsaw to the security clearances of several notable figures who have made it their mission to undermine him. The uproar coming from the left can be heard from New York to California, where they insist this is nothing more than vindictive politics. However, the reality is that Trump is doing what any leader should do: protecting the integrity of the system and removing those who have misused their power against him.
The Biden administration, with its army of bureaucratic henchmen, has peddled their brand of lawfare that not only targeted Trump but has fundamentally threatened the very notion of political discourse in America. By weaponizing the justice system, they’ve bent it to their will, trying to silence dissent and create a cozy one-party state. Yet here comes Trump, like a bull in a china shop, to restore order and sanity to a rattled nation.
In a recent report, it became clear that Trump has compiled a list of adversaries, stripping them of their security clearances. At the top of this list is, unsurprisingly, “Old Joe” Biden himself. Trump’s reasoning is clear: if he doesn’t trust Biden to handle classified information responsibly—a sentiment shared by millions—then there’s no reason the sitting president should have that privilege. Along with Biden, former Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has also been targeted for his involvement in orchestrating misinformation campaigns that were intended to derail Trump’s campaign.
What did Blinken do? He was knee-deep in the infamous “Dirty 51” letter, which falsely claimed that Hunter Biden’s notorious laptop was nothing more than a clever Russian ruse. This manipulation of intelligence was a strategic play to suppress a genuine scandal — one about the Biden family’s questionable dealings and Hunter’s escapades. Not only did this letter help Old Joe evade unpleasant inquiries during a critical election debate, but it also highlights why Blinken is now the proud owner of a revoked security clearance. Donald Trump was right to call it like it is: if you play dirty in the political sandbox, don’t be surprised when the righteous hand of accountability sweeps you out.

As if that weren’t enough, Trump has also pulled the security clearances for the relentless New York Attorney General Letitia James and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Both have devoted their professional lives to concocting cases against Trump that have no basis in reality, illustrating how they’ve abused their authority in a blatantly political fashion. It’s as if they thought they could serve the Democratic party while masquerading as guardians of justice. When they overstepped their bounds, they earned themselves a one-way ticket out of the classified information club.
In contrast to the bygone days when political figures—especially Republicans—stepped down for the good of the party, today’s Democrats have only one guiding principle: power at any cost. By taking decisive action against this cadre of political miscreants, Trump is not just settling old scores; he’s sending a strong message that he won’t allow partisan players to drag the country down for their own gain. The era of cronyism and political vengeance appears to be drawing to a close, and many are unapologetically grateful for it.
