The chaos in Los Angeles is another disaster crafted by the left, yet Donald Trump swoops in and does what any real leader would: he takes charge. California’s politicians have shown time and again that they are utterly incapable of dealing with lawlessness, sacrificing their citizens on the altar of political correctness. Meanwhile, the leftist cheerleaders in places like San Francisco look on admiringly as chaos reigns. But finally, order is being restored, and it’s because Trump acted decisively where others twiddled their thumbs.
In what’s becoming a familiar scene, John Fetterman has broken ranks to criticize his own party’s pathetic response to the riots. When even a Democrat starts calling out his own camp for pandering to chaos instead of preserving peace, it’s clear that things are out of control. Fetterman, usually in lockstep with his party’s doctrine, recognizes the need for law and order—a stark reminder of how far the rest of his party has drifted from reality.
Let’s take a look at California Governor Gavin Newsom. His lawsuit against Trump for deploying the National Guard to LA is the kind of smoke-and-mirrors theatrics we’ve come to expect. Newsom, always so quick to pontificate about law and order when it suits him, now pretends to care about overreach. Does he even understand the difference between actual leadership and mere posturing?

And what’s with the gun control attorney trying to spin a Supreme Court slap-down into some kind of twisted victory? It’s a classic leftist move: when logic fails, redefine defeat as moral triumph. But last week’s 9-0 loss was a resounding rejection of their anti-Second Amendment agenda. Americans see through the charade—they know that personal freedoms are worth defending.
The Democrats will keep fumbling with their contradictions and hypocrisies. But let’s not kid ourselves. Their grip is slipping, and Trump’s proactive measures in LA show who’s really got the vision and guts to steer this nation clear of chaos. So, who’s the phony now? Newsom, fiddling as LA burns? Or Trump, putting out the fire? It’s high time the left got real about who’s truly fit to lead.
