President Trump is taking real action to clean up the dangerous streets of Washington D.C. He deployed 800 National Guard troops to help local police fight crime and protect innocent Americans. But instead of supporting law and order, failed politicians Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi are attacking Trump for doing his job.
Hillary Clinton rushed to social media to defend the criminals. She claimed violent crime is down and tried to make Trump look bad with cherry-picked statistics. This is the same Hillary who called working Americans “deplorables” and still can’t accept she lost in 2016.
Nancy Pelosi also jumped in with her usual lies and hatred. She blamed Trump for everything wrong in America while ignoring the real crime happening right outside her door. These two washed-up politicians care more about attacking Trump than protecting American families.
The truth is that regular people in D.C. are scared and fed up with crime. A Washington Post poll shows 65 percent of residents think crime is a serious problem. That number jumped from 56 percent the year before, proving things are getting worse despite what Democrats claim.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt destroyed the liberal media and Democrat critics during a press briefing. She called their opposition “despicable” and pointed out their massive hypocrisy. Leavitt showed that Democrats will oppose anything Trump does, even when it helps keep Americans safe.
Conservative journalist Benny Johnson was there to witness the White House burn down these fake arguments. He confronted lying reporters who pretend D.C. is safe while regular people get attacked on the streets. Johnson himself was a crime victim in the city, showing the real danger that liberal politicians ignore.
The National Guard deployment is already working and catching criminals. Officers are removing violent offenders, arresting drug dealers, and taking illegal guns off the streets. This is what real leadership looks like when someone actually cares about protecting Americans.
Democrats hate Trump so much they will even defend criminals to oppose him. While Hillary and Pelosi play politics from their safe mansions, President Trump is fighting for working families who deserve to feel safe in their own neighborhoods. This is exactly why Americans voted for Trump to drain the swamp and restore law and order.
