The order makes it clear that flag burning isn’t harmless protest. It directs federal agents to prosecute flag burners when they break other laws too. That means if you burn the flag while rioting, destroying property, or inciting violence, you’re going to jail.
Trump didn’t mince words when he signed this order. “If you burn a flag, you get one year in jail, no early exits, no nothing,” he declared. Finally, we have a president who understands that our flag deserves respect, not destruction by America-hating radicals.

The order also targets foreign nationals who burn our flag to intimidate Americans. These people can lose their visas, get kicked out of the country, or have their path to citizenship blocked. If you hate America enough to burn our flag, you don’t deserve to be here.
Liberal lawyers are having meltdowns, but patriots across America are cheering. The same people who demand hate crime charges for touching a pride flag suddenly love free speech when it comes to burning Old Glory. Their hypocrisy is showing, and Americans see right through it.
Trump’s message is crystal clear: respect our flag or face the music. For too long, America-hating protesters have gotten away with spitting on everything our heroes died for. Those days are over, and it’s about time someone had the backbone to defend our most sacred symbol.
