President Trump has yet again shown his unwavering commitment to dismantling decades of failed liberal policies. His latest executive order takes aim at the poison known as disparate impact liability. For over 50 years, this disastrous legal theory has plagued our society, forcing us to bend over backward to satisfy ridiculous claims of racism without any evidence of intent.
This theory, born from an out-of-touch ruling in 1971, allows accusations of discrimination just because of different outcomes among groups. That’s right, folks—no need for racist intent or policies. As long as outcomes aren’t perfectly balanced, the left cries foul. It’s time to end this charade and recognize that people are individuals, not just members of color-coded groups.

The left, with their never-ending obsession with race, loves to tout equal outcomes over equal opportunities. They thrive on dividing us, making everything about race and gender. It’s high time America stops dancing to the tunes of woke warriors who can’t stand the idea of true meritocracy. Trump’s executive order is a beacon of hope in this sea of nonsense, putting America back on the right path.
Critics will undoubtedly resort to the courts, hoping to overturn this move just like they do with anything that threatens their stranglehold on society. But this isn’t the Supreme Court of the 1970s. With conservative judges on the bench, there’s hope that the Constitution will be respected and upheld.
This isn’t just about policy—it’s about the future of our nation. Will we continue letting liberal elites dictate who succeeds or not based on quotas and skewed fairness? Or will we finally embrace equality of opportunity, allowing hard-working Americans to rise on their own merits? The decision shouldn’t be difficult. Patriots know where they stand. If you truly value fairness and justice, ask yourself: Isn’t it time for America to wake up?
