Among them are South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake. Noem’s recent endorsement of Trump at a rally in Rapid City has fueled speculation that she may be on his shortlist for the vice-presidential spot. Trump praised Noem’s leadership and expressed his consideration of her for the position or potentially for another role in his administration.
