During Trump’s time in office, there was a notable push for school choice, allowing parents more control over their children’s educational paths. This initiative provided families with alternatives to under-performing public schools, empowering them to select options that would best benefit their kids. Under the current administration, the push for school choice seems to have dimmed, as bureaucratic red tape appears to have suffocated educational flexibility that parents once enjoyed.
