Yet, the same unscripted, raw style is precisely what endears Trump to his supporters. Rather than sugarcoating issues, he delivers unvarnished truths that even career politicians might shun, which is likely why he was met with enthusiasm during his recent visit to Chicago.
At a contentious interview with ABC’s Rachel Scott at the National Association of Black Journalists, Trump did what he does best—turn the tables on a hostile questioner and expose the absurdity of politically correct narratives. By diving headfirst into enemy territory, he demonstrated that he’s more than ready to tackle the biases aimed at him, often making the interrogators appear foolish in the process.
