Trump’s DOJ Hits Domestic Terrorists Targeting Tesla with Tough Charges

The Justice Department under President Trump has charged three suspects with domestic terrorism for attacking Tesla dealerships and vehicles. These suspects used Molotov cocktails and firearms to set fires and damage property. Attorney General Pam Bondi called the attacks acts of terrorism and warned that the DOJ will lock up anyone targeting Tesla.

President Trump praised the charges and suggested sending convicted attackers to prisons in El Salvador. He compared the Tesla attacks to violent crimes by gangs like MS-13. Trump claimed the Tesla attacks were worse than the Capitol protests on January 6, 2021.

Elon Musk’s Tesla has become a frequent target for vandals, with dealerships hit in Oregon, Colorado, and South Carolina. Graffiti left at some sites included anti-Trump messages and the word “RESIST.” FBI agents linked the attacks to politically motivated violence aimed at Musk and his role in the Trump administration.

Liberal cities like Portland and Seattle have seen the most Tesla attacks. A Seattle man poured gasoline on a parked Tesla and lit it on fire last week. In Las Vegas, attackers shot up cars and painted “RESIST” on a Tesla service center. These crimes caused millions in damage but no deaths.

Critics argue the DOJ is overreaching by calling the attacks “domestic terrorism.” Some legal experts say existing laws for arson and vandalism are enough. However, conservatives support the tough charges, saying politically driven violence cannot be tolerated.

Attorney General Bondi’s team says the terrorism label fits because the attacks aimed to intimidate the public and influence government policy. FBI agents found evidence linking suspects to left-wing extremist groups opposed to Trump.

The Trump administration has faced lawsuits over deporting criminals to El Salvador. Salvadoran prisons are known for harsh conditions, with inmates locked in cramped cells. Conservatives say foreign prisons could deter future attacks on American businesses.

Many Trump supporters cheered the crackdown, calling it a return to “law and order.” They blame radical leftists for rising political violence and praise Musk for standing up to intimidation. The DOJ vows more arrests as the investigation continues.
