Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis dropped a whopping 13-count indictment on Trump in August, claiming he violated Georgia’s version of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act with his quest to win the Peach State. They’re really going for the gold here.
And what’s their smoking gun? A leaked call where Trump tells the Georgia Secretary of State to “find” just enough votes to swing the election his way. The drama is real, people.
Of course, Trump’s legal squad is clapping back, arguing that he was just exercising his constitutional rights by challenging the election results. They’re practically saying, “He was just flexing his freedom muscles, okay?”
