Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins made headlines after tossing out “woke” tomato seeds left behind by the Biden administration. The seeds were labeled to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs at the USDA. Taxpayers will be relieved to know their money isn’t funding this nonsense anymore.
Rollins found a box of tomato seeds in a USDA closet with labels like “growing diversity” and “be inclusive at USDA.” These seeds were part of Biden-era programs that wasted taxpayer dollars on radical political agendas instead of serving farmers. Rollins threw them straight into the trash, declaring: “No longer will we spend tax dollars on DEI at USDA.”
The discovery highlights the stark contrast between administrations. Under Biden, egg prices skyrocketed 237% due to poor leadership. Under President Trump, Rollins immediately launched a plan to slash red tape and lower food costs. Deregulation and common-sense policies dropped egg prices fast—proving conservative solutions work.
The USDA also canceled a bizarre Biden-era grant studying menstrual cycles in transgender men. This follows Trump’s mandate to eliminate wasteful spending and refocus government on real priorities. Rollins vowed to keep “rooting out” leftover Biden projects that ignore hardworking Americans.
The Trump administration continues cutting taxes and regulations to help farmers thrive. While Biden pushed divisive DEI policies, conservatives are restoring sanity. As Rollins said: “We’re here to fight for farmers—not tomato seeds that lecture Americans about inclusion.” Common sense is finally returning to Washington.
