Consumer spending, which has been keeping the economy afloat, took a hit in October. Woke Hollywood’s influence is being blamed for the slowest growth in consumer expenditures since May. And it’s not just the economy, it’s hitting movie ticket sales too. Thanks to Disney’s woke flops, like The Creator and A Haunting in Venice, movie theater ticket sales plummeted over 19 percent in October compared to September. And even Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour movie release couldn’t save the day.

But wait, there’s more! Real spending on movie tickets had been on the rise for five quarters, but it’s still not reaching pre-pandemic levels. That’s right, woke Hollywood can’t even bring people back to the theaters.
