Today, an alarming story surfaced about the Biden administration’s attempt to negotiate with Hamas without involving our strong ally, Israel. It seems suspicious that this news leaked right after the Israeli Defense Forces heroically rescued four hostages recently. Instead of celebrating Israel’s success in protecting its people, the Biden administration chose to prioritize negotiations with a terrorist group responsible for attacking civilians. This decision reflects poorly on their priorities and values.

Hamas initiated an unprovoked attack on Israel back in October 2023, causing chaos and devastation. Despite Hamas’ history of hiding among innocent civilians, the people of Gaza continue to support this terrorist organization. The left and mainstream media have been quick to condemn Israel’s actions in defending itself and rescuing hostages. They conveniently overlook the fact that innocent lives were saved in the process. The Biden administration’s sympathy towards the “Palestinians” showcases their lack of backbone in standing by our allies in the face of adversity.
It is crucial for the United States to stand firmly with Israel, especially during challenging times like these. While constructive criticism is valid, abandoning Israel in favor of appeasing a minority of voters is a shameful act.
