In a shocking turn of events, President Joe Biden has once again shown his blatant disregard for the United States Constitution. Despite a clear Supreme Court ruling against his authority to forgive student loan debt, Biden arrogantly pressed forward, boldly declaring, “They didn’t stop me.” It’s concerning when the highest court in the land’s decisions are seen as mere suggestions by the President. Why bother with checks and balances if Biden is just going to rule like a monarch?

The liberal media, usually quick to champion “our democracy,” oddly stayed silent on this constitutional crisis. It seems they only care about upholding the system when it aligns with their agenda. The Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision was crystal clear, stating that Congress holds the reins on national policy. But Biden’s administration conveniently found a workaround, sidestepping the Court’s ruling and issuing a whopping $1.2 billion in student debt cancellations.
It’s truly a sight to behold as Biden pats himself on the back for bulldozing over the separation of powers and Congressional authority. The federal government has no business meddling in education, and the Department of Education’s existence should rightfully be questioned. Not to mention, Biden’s move to forgive loans rewards irresponsible behavior while penalizing those who acted prudently. Shouldn’t we uphold personal responsibility in a society built on accountability?
If a Republican president had dared to defy the Supreme Court and Congress in this manner, the outrage would be deafening. The double standard from the left and their media allies is as clear as day. This isn’t about the law, ethics, or justice – it’s purely about pandering for votes. Biden’s actions are not just a slap in the face to the Constitution; they undermine the very foundation of our republic. It’s time for Americans to demand accountability and respect for the rule of law.
It’s frustrating to witness Biden’s flippant disregard for our nation’s founding principles. The upcoming election year only adds fuel to the fire, with the left pushing for policies that favor their base over common sense and legal integrity.
