The Biden campaign is making a big effort to defeat former President Donald Trump in the November election. They have announced a plan to send three former and current police officers to swing states to try to convince voters not to choose Trump. The campaign aims to persuade voters not to choose Trump in the upcoming election. However, Trump is currently leading in all seven key battleground states, as shown in the RealClear Polling average of polls and the Cook Political Report.
In 2020, Biden won in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin but lost North Carolina to Trump. The Cook Political Report’s Electoral College map currently has Trump winning 302 to Biden’s 225 in the upcoming election. The Biden campaign is facing difficulties with their four criminal prosecutions against Trump.
Oh the smell of desperation as sweet as the smell of coffee!! ????
Biden Gets Desperate, will Use Capitol Police Against Trump in New Campaign Strategy

The campaign is hoping that bringing in two former Capitol Police officers and one from the D.C. Metropolitan Police will help them convince voters that Trump is a threat to democracy. They plan to focus on Trump’s praise for the Jan. 6 rioters and his comment about being a dictator on ‘day one’ of a second term. The campaign has pointed to these remarks as evidence that Trump poses a threat to democracy.
The Biden campaign introduced the D.C. police surrogates at a news conference in front of the Manhattan courthouse where Democrat DA Alvin Bragg’s “get Trump” case is being tried. The former D.C. police officer Michael Fanone stated that he heard distress calls coming from fellow police officers during the Capitol protest.
The Biden campaign is trying to blame Trump for the Capitol protest, but Trump has stated that he was only encouraging peaceful protest and exercising First Amendment rights. The DOJ’s own annual report on Jan. 6 prosecutions has shown that even a majority of those charged did not engage in violence. Trump suggested that he would reverse policies implemented by Biden if he were to be re-elected, which is within his legal right to do.
The Biden campaign’s tactic of using a handful of D.C. police officers as surrogates may not be enough to persuade the American public. Despite this, the Biden campaign is bringing the officers to various swing states to tell voters that Trump is a threat to democracy. The real threat to democracy, however, may be Joe Biden and the Democrats with their political prosecutions.
