According to new reports, it appears that Special Counsel Robert Hur has decided to give President Joe Biden a free pass when it comes to mishandling secret data. Can you believe it? The House Oversight Committee, however, is not taking this lightly. They have uncovered some key facts that contradict the White House’s narrative about the discovery of classified documents at the Penn Biden Center. The Biden team wants us to believe that all of this happened in November 2022, but the truth is that it started back in early 2021. And here’s the kicker – these classified documents were just kept in unsecured locations. It’s like they were asking for trouble!
Not only that, but President Biden actually used federal resources – yes, your taxpayer dollars – to access and secure these classified documents. Five White House employees and a Department of Defense employee were involved in this mess. It makes you wonder if the President has anything better to do with his time than playing around with classified information. And guess what? Special Counsel Hur isn’t even giving us the full story. He’s refusing to provide any information about whether any of the mishandled documents had anything to do with financial dealings involving Biden family members. Talk about a cover-up!
But don’t worry, folks. The House Oversight Committee is not backing down. They have issued a subpoena and requested interviews with current and former White House staff involved in this scandal. They are determined to hold President Biden accountable for his actions. And let me tell you, accountability is long overdue in this case. We need to know the truth about what happened and who was involved.

Now, we all know that Hur and his colleagues are preparing a report to wrap up their investigation. The next report is expected to be quite harsh on Biden and his team for their mishandling of sensitive documents. But here’s the part that really grinds my gears – no charges are expected to be filed. That’s right, folks. It looks like Biden is going to get off scot-free. How is this fair? If it were anyone else, they would be facing some serious consequences. But not our President. It’s a clear double standard, and it’s absolutely infuriating.
The Wall Street Journal even reported that Biden is only going to face “harsh criticism” in the report. Are you kidding me? He took classified documents while he was vice president, stored them in unsecured facilities, and all he’s going to get is a slap on the wrist? This is a complete failure of justice. If Special Counsel Hur lets Biden off the hook while going after former President Donald Trump for lesser violations, it will cause a total collapse of trust in the rule of law in America. It’s a blatant example of one set of rules for Democrats and another for Republicans.
Meanwhile, while Biden is getting away with his classified documents scandal, Trump’s case is set to be heard right in the middle of the 2024 re-election campaign. Talk about timing.
