The Biden administration and their 2024 campaign crew are steaming mad at the media for harping on President Joe Biden’s age. According to a report, the Team Biden is boiling over because polls are showing that many Americans are worried about the president being too old for the job.

Reportedly, the Biden White House honcho, Ian Sams, dropped a letter to the White House Correspondents’ Association ripping media outlets for their coverage of a recent special counsel report. The report apparently described Biden as a senior citizen with a failing memory, and the media has been all over his age and fitness for office.
The association’s president, Kelly O’Donnell, who also works for NBC News, slammed the White House for sending the letter through internal channels, calling it “inappropriate” and “misdirected.”
Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report supposedly said Biden wouldn’t face any charges for holding onto classified documents when he was VP and a senator. But it also pointed out the president’s struggles to remember basic facts, like when his son passed away and when he served as vice president.
Speaking of memory troubles, Biden tried to reassure everyone at a press conference that his memory is just fine, but then he went and called the Egyptian president the “president of Mexico.”
On top of the White House beefing with the media, Team Biden is also lashing out. TJ Ducklo, a bigwig on the Biden campaign, went off on the media in a statement for “gratuitous and sensationalist attacks on the President’s age.” The campaign even sent out a press release calling out The New York Times for fact-checking Biden’s claims about the economy.
On top of all that, a former Biden spokesperson called out the Times for labeling Biden as “beleaguered.” The spokesperson suggested that any stories about Trump’s legal battles should start with “With voters deeply concerned about Trump’s corruption…”
Meanwhile, a recent poll from Quinnipiac University found that 67 percent of those surveyed think Biden is too old to handle another four-year term.
All in all, it looks like the media won’t be getting any Christmas cards from the Biden camp this year. And if they keep this up, they might want to start looking for a new gig!
