The mainstream liberal media can’t seem to resist gushing over President Joe Biden, even though the American people aren’t buying their glowing reviews. The Washington Post’s Leigh Ann Caldwell was at it again on Sunday’s Meet the Press, whining about how Biden just can’t seem to catch a break. According to her, “my sources” are all hot and bothered because Biden isn’t getting the applause they think he deserves.

Caldwell’s sources are apparently so distressed that they compared Biden to the legendary funnyman Rodney Dangerfield, claiming he gets no respect. But hold on a second, shouldn’t respect be earned, not just handed out like participation trophies at a little league game? It seems like Caldwell and her pals are desperate to prop up ol’ Joe, even though his track record speaks for itself.
And get this, Caldwell also suggested that maybe, just maybe, Biden would get the recognition she thinks he deserves if his team did a better job of patting themselves on the back. That’s right, according to her, it’s not about actually accomplishing anything worthwhile, it’s just about making sure everyone notices and gives a standing ovation. Talk about needing a reality check!
Apparently, even the Democrats on Capitol Hill are getting jittery about the whole situation. Caldwell reported that even some Democratic members of Congress are whispering about how Bidenomics is tanking and dragging the party down with it. It looks like the liberal lovefest for ol’ Joe might be on the rocks, and they’re panicking about losing those precious swing states.
Brent Baker, vice president of research and publications for the Media Research Center, hit the nail on the head when he pointed out that Caldwell is just as emotionally invested in Biden’s success as any die-hard liberal. It’s clear that Caldwell and the rest of the mainstream media are doing everything they can to paint a rosy picture of Biden’s presidency, even if reality begs to differ. It’s no wonder the American people are tuning out the liberal media’s fawning over Biden and his so-called “successes.”
So, there you have it folks, another episode of the mainstream liberal media’s love affair with President Biden. Will they ever learn that the American people aren’t buying what they’re selling? Only time will tell, but for now, it looks like the liberal media is in for a rude awakening as they continue to push their biased narrative.
