In a recent debacle that left many scratching their heads, the Democrats once again proved their ability to make questionable decisions. The release of the Special Counsel’s report on Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents should have been a moment of legal exoneration. But instead, it turned into a political disaster for the “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Now, one might think that the focus of the investigation should have been on whether Biden committed a crime and should face criminal charges. But apparently, the Democrats had a different agenda in mind. They knew all too well before the 2020 election campaign that Biden was in cognitive decline. The signs were there, from his infamous “basement campaign” to his steadily worsening decline over the past three years.
So, why did the Democrats put their support behind a man who clearly lacks the faculties to carry out the duties of the presidency? It’s a question that becomes more alarming by the day, as a growing number of Democrats are starting to worry that Biden can’t win in November and might not even leave the race voluntarily. And to make matters worse, the party doesn’t have a viable Plan B. (Note: Kamala Harris doesn’t count.)
But here’s the real kicker – what if “they” don’t want Biden to drop out? And who are these mysterious “they”? Well, it seems that those who benefit from Biden being in office are the ones pulling the strings. And topping that list is none other than Barack Obama. Always hungry for power and considering himself the smartest person in the room, Obama knows Biden is a fool. As he famously warned a fellow Democrat, “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f**k things up.”
While Jill Biden might be seen leading her husband off stage, it’s doubtful she’s involved in critical policy decisions. So who is? Two names come to mind – Anita Dunn and Bob Bauer. These Democratic strategists were credited with saving Biden’s flailing campaign in 2020 and securing his win over Donald Trump. And now, they’re likely among Biden’s secretive “handlers” who guide his political strategy from the shadows.
But they’re not the only ones. Jake Sullivan, Biden’s National Security Advisor, and a few other unelected bureaucrats are also likely pulling the strings. And that’s where the real danger lies. These bureaucrats have a love for power and a disdain for anyone who gets in their way. So it’s no wonder they’re leading Biden down a murky path.
All in all, it’s becoming crystal clear that Biden is nothing more than a puppet in the hands of his handlers. And the fact that unelected bureaucrats have so much control should be cause for great concern. The Democrats had a chance to choose a capable candidate, but instead, they went for the one with diminished faculties and a questionable track record. It’s a decision that leaves many wondering, “What were they thinking?”
