President Biden is reportedly planning a major speech in the coming weeks, and guess what the topic is? Threats to Democracy. Can you believe it? The guy who is supposed to be protecting our democracy wants to give a speech about threats to democracy. Talk about irony!
Now, let’s take a moment to talk about Joe Biden. Aside from his obvious physical and mental decline (seriously, have you seen him try to climb stairs?), he is callous, dishonest, and corrupt. And yet, he thinks he can lecture the American people on threats to democracy? Give us a break!
But this isn’t the first time Biden has spouted off about this. He’s given speeches on the threat to democracy in Philadelphia and Washington, all while former President Donald Trump was being unfairly attacked. And let’s not forget that Biden’s own administration has been trying to jail political opponents and has been involved in some shady dealings with foreign governments.
Here’s the thing that Biden and his fellow Democrats don’t seem to understand: the United States is not a pure democracy, but a constitutional republic. We have democratic institutions, yes, but we also have a Senate and an Electoral College. And the Constitution explicitly guarantees the states a republican form of government. But I guess facts don’t matter to Biden.
In the end, it’s just mind-boggling to think that Biden, with his decades-long political career filled with failures and scandals, is now lecturing us on threats to democracy. It’s like the Twilight Zone, folks. We’re living in a world where reality has been turned upside down. Hold on tight, because it’s only going to get weirder from here.
