According to the newly unveiled indictment, Hunter Biden conveniently “forgot” to report or pay taxes on a staggering $194,748 that he received from business consulting services. This indictment only adds more fuel to the fire of accusations that have been following the Biden family for quite some time now. It’s no wonder that many Americans are starting to question the integrity and honesty of this family.
However, not everyone is convinced that this indictment is purely a result of Hunter Biden’s wrongdoing. Republican businessman and presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has voiced his suspicions about the timing of this indictment. Ramaswamy believes that this is just another clever ploy by the so-called “deep state” to sideline Joe Biden and push for a new puppet in the 2024 presidential race. According to Ramaswamy, this indictment serves as the perfect cover to claim that the prosecutions against former President Trump were not politically motivated. Talk about killing two birds with one stone!
While Ramaswamy’s theory might seem far-fetched to some, it’s not entirely baseless. Speculation has been swirling within the Democratic establishment about whether Joe Biden is fit to run for another term in 2024. With his age and apparent decline in mental and physical capabilities, many Democrats are starting to doubt his ability to secure the party’s nomination again. A CNN poll from September revealed that a whopping 67 percent of Democrats and Democratic-leaning voters believe that it’s time for fresh blood at the top. Even a former Obama staff member, David Axelrod, has expressed concerns about Biden’s standing and suggested that he either “get out or get going” when it comes to his campaign efforts.
The question remains: Is there more to this indictment than meets the eye? Could the Democratic establishment be trying to sink both Joe and Hunter Biden, all while using the indictment to prove the Department of Justice’s alleged impartiality? Only time will tell. But one thing is for sure, the concerns about the Biden family’s ethical conduct continue to grow, and this indictment only serves to highlight those concerns even further.
