In a tragic case that highlights the dangers of illegal immigration, the mother of an autistic woman who was allegedly murdered by an MS-13 gang member is now suing the Biden administration for allowing the illegal alien to enter the country. Kayla Hamilton, a young autistic woman, was found dead in her mobile home in Aberdeen, Maryland, after being attacked, raped, and brutally murdered by the gang member. The suspect, who is a 17-year-old illegal alien with known ties to the violent gang, was identified using DNA evidence. Aberdeen police Lieutenant William Rieber confirmed the suspect’s ties to MS-13.

Tammy Nobles, the devastated mother of the victim, shared her heart-wrenching thoughts on the matter, stating, “What can you say to a monster and evil person that had no compassion? He shouldn’t have been here, I just want him to pay for what he did.” As a result of this devastating loss, the Nobles family is now taking legal action against the Biden administration. They have filed a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit, holding the administration accountable for its failure to deport the illegal immigrant despite his criminal ties. The lawsuit aims to shed light on the catastrophic failure that led to Kayla’s murder and prevent future senseless deaths.
Tammy Nobles, along with their family attorney, Brian Claypool, appeared on “Fox & Friends First” to express their outrage at Biden’s border policies. Nobles emphasized the importance of having a more secure border and properly vetting individuals who enter the country. She strongly believes that if these measures were in place, her daughter would still be alive today. The lawsuit will specifically name the Department of Homeland Security and the Health and Human Services, the agencies responsible for apprehending the murderer and allowing him to be released into the U.S. population. Tammy Nobles is also set to testify before the House of Representatives as it considers impeachment proceedings against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
Government records revealed that the suspect had been apprehended as an “unaccompanied minor” at the border and claimed to be fleeing gang violence back home. He was subsequently released to a woman who claimed to be his aunt or cousin, but without providing any proof of their relationship. Shockingly, this woman was also an illegal alien and eventually kicked the teen out of her house. Despite HHS files stating that the teen had “no behavioral issues” and demonstrated “good judgment,” he went on to commit the heinous act of raping and murdering Kayla Hamilton. It was later discovered that he was a member of the notorious MS-13 gang.
This devastating case highlights the consequences of Joe Biden’s disastrous open border policies. By allowing unvetted criminals to enter the country freely, Biden has not only endangered American lives but has also brought in a myriad of diseases that were once nearly eradicated.
