In an op-ed, Jonathan Turley, a conservative legal analyst, criticized the performance of Attorney General Garland. He noted that the appointment of Garland had raised doubts about the Justice Department's integrity. Despite his criticisms, Turley still stands by Garland.
Despite being held responsible for the situation, people still blame others for the issue. Although Garland was given the opportunity to clean house, he instead promoted some of the more incompetent individuals within the Department of Justice and formed a political connection with Joe Biden.
People should take the word of Attorney General Garland seriously, as he has demonstrated his commitment to upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights of individuals. He has allowed his department to go after parents as terrorists, and he told Congress that the Department of Justice did not interfere with the actions of the Supreme Court justices. Although it was hoped that he would restore the public's confidence in the impartiality of the justice system, Garland did not carry out his promise. For instance, he did not appoint a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden's alleged foreign contacts and influence peddling. This move removed a potential threat to Biden's presidency, as it would remove details about his family's activities from a report.

The author believes that Garland was a participant in the destruction of the Department of Justice under Joe Biden. Although his initial goal was to restore integrity and justice to the department, it was to benefit Biden, who saved his career after he failed to get a Supreme Court nomination.
