On October 7, 2023, Hamas, a known terrorist group, launched a horrifying attack on Israel, resulting in the deaths of 1,200 innocent people, including men, women, and children. The brutal terrorists also took hundreds of hostages, causing grief and fear for many families. It is essential for Israel’s military to act swiftly to eliminate Hamas and rescue those still being held captive.

The attack survivor, Natalie Sanandaji, bravely spoke out against Hamas, sharing her harrowing experience of escaping the violence. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the values of freedom of speech and expression. It is a clear attempt to silence those who speak out against terrorism and support Israel.
The rise of pro-Hamas protests on college campuses is also alarming. Acts of violence and intimidation towards Jewish students are on the rise, creating a hostile environment for those who support Israel. It is disheartening to see academic institutions like Columbia and Yale allowing these protests to escalate, leading to anti-Jewish sentiments and threats.
It is crucial for law enforcement and university leadership to take a firm stand against these protests and ensure the safety of all students. Antisemitism has no place in our society, and it is imperative to condemn such hateful actions. The ongoing violence and harassment must be addressed promptly to uphold peace and security within our communities.
