Actor Kevin Sorbo took to social media to express his refusal to comply with new COVID restrictions. In a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), Sorbo boldly declared, “I’m not wearing a mask. You can stay home if you don’t feel safe.” Well, isn’t that refreshing to see someone standing up for their personal freedom?

Sorbo’s statement comes in response to reports that colleges and offices are reinstating contact tracing and mask mandates. Morris Brown College in Atlanta, for example, decided to implement these measures despite there being no new reported cases. Talk about overreacting!

Stay at home
If you're scared
But leave the rest of us
The hell aloneEnough medical fascism https://t.co/hLZ8qCdWEK

But Sorbo is not alone in his resistance. Conservative commentator Graham Allen declared, “I’ll go to jail before I wear a mask!” Bravo, Graham! And commentator Liz Wheeler rightfully pointed out that if we all just refuse to comply, these mandates mean absolutely nothing. It’s about time someone spoke out against the relentless control of politicians.
Of course, there are always those who want to ruin the party. Leftist actress Jamie Lee Curtis posted a photo of herself wearing a mask and encouraged others to do the same. She claimed that COVID is on the rise and that her friends are getting sick. Well, maybe if they had stronger immune systems, they wouldn’t be so susceptible. Just saying.
In response, renowned psychologist and author Jordan Peterson shared an article about Curtis’ comments and wrote, “Stay at home if you’re scared, but leave the rest of us the hell alone. Enough medical fascism.” Finally, someone with some common sense! It’s time for people to take responsibility for their own health and stop trying to control the lives of others.
Kevin Sorbo’s refusal to wear a mask is a refreshing act of defiance against unnecessary COVID restrictions. It’s about time someone stood up for personal freedom and pushed back against the overreach of government and public health officials. Bravo to Sorbo and everyone else who refuses to comply with these ridiculous mandates. Keep fighting the good fight!
