Dan Goldman dared to suggest there are “limits” to free speech protected by the First Amendment. Goldman had the audacity to claim that the committee’s efforts were to stop the spread of “misinformation and disinformation” on social media, all to benefit Republicans in the upcoming election. Cue the eye-rolls. It’s classic liberal hypocrisy to suggest they’re the moral compass guiding us through the wild seas of social media, when they’re usually the ones trying to silence conservative voices left and right.
Jordan didn’t miss a beat in pointing out how it’s actually the Big Tech companies and the government working hand in hand to stifle free speech. He highlighted the FBI’s overreach in targeting Catholics and the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story, showing that maybe the real threat to our freedoms isn’t coming from everyday Americans exercising their rights, but from the very institutions meant to protect them.
Let’s not forget the FBI’s stance on traditional Catholics attending Latin masses, labeling them as potential extremists. It’s like they’re living in some Orwellian nightmare where simply practicing your faith makes you a target for government surveillance. If that doesn’t send a chill down your spine, I don’t know what will.
The bottom line is, Jordan isn’t afraid to call out the hypocrisy and overreach of those in power. It’s refreshing to see a politician actually standing up for what’s right and shining a light on the shady dealings happening behind closed doors. Keep fighting the good fight, Rep.
