In a shocking display of leftist violence, a staffer for Republican senator Rand Paul was brutally stabbed in broad daylight in the nation’s Capital. This is just another example of the rampant liberal aggression that has taken over our country. Thankfully, the suspect, Glynn Neal, has been arrested, but what about those who inspire this kind of behavior in the first place?

It’s time for Washington, DC to take a long, hard look at themselves and their management of crime and safety in the city. That’s why the House Oversight Committee, led by Republican Kentucky Rep. James Comer, has sent invitations to D.C. officials to testify on their “general oversight” of the city. We need to hold these politicians accountable for their failures in maintaining the safety of their citizens.

Meanwhile, we ask that you join us in praying for a speedy and complete recovery for the brave staffer who was attacked. We also commend the first responders, hospital staff, and police for their diligent actions in apprehending the suspect. This level of violence is unacceptable in our society, and it’s time for conservatives to stand up against the radical leftist agenda that incites this kind of behavior.
