Oh boy, get ready folks, because Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is freezing up again! And I’m not talking about his stance on important issues, I mean he literally froze like a popsicle during a press conference in Covington, Kentucky. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. McConnell had a meltdown just last month in the U.S. Capitol. Talk about a frosty reception!

But fear not, dear conservatives, because McConnell’s doctors have come to the rescue with a letter stating that he’s fit as a fiddle. According to the Attending Physician of the United States Congress, McConnell’s freezing episodes are no big deal. Apparently, it’s just a normal part of his concussion recovery. Who knew freezing up like a statue was a side effect of head injuries? Sounds like Democrats need to wear protective helmets before they start pushing all their radical agenda items!

Now, I don’t know about you, but I find it a little suspicious that just when McConnell starts having these episodes, his doctors miraculously come up with an explanation. Coincidence? I think not! Maybe McConnell is just trying to distract us from something more important, like his refusal to fight for conservative values or his inability to lead the Republican Party to victory.
But wait, it gets even juicier! President Joe Biden had the audacity to call McConnell after his freezing episode. Can you believe it? I can only imagine Biden laughing to himself, thinking, “Freeze, Mitch, freeze!” I bet they were swapping stories about how they both love to freeze up during important moments. It’s like their own little support group for frozen politicians.
In the end, McConnell’s doctors may say he’s good to go, but I think it’s time for conservatives to start asking some tough questions. Is McConnell really fit to lead? Or is he just using these freezing episodes as an excuse to avoid facing the reality that his time as Senate Republican Leader may be coming to an end? Either way, it’s clear that McConnell is as cold as ice when it comes to fighting for conservative values.
