In a moment that stunned viewers, she succinctly told the duo to “go f**k yourselves,” capturing the raw sentiment many conservatives feel towards the media’s constant contradictions and hypocrisy.
Scarborough and Brzezinski, who have spent years labeling Trump as a dictator-in-waiting, seemed to experience a case of severe cognitive dissonance during their appearance. They attempted to rationalize their meeting by claiming they wanted to foster “communication” with the President-elect, despite the stream of negative rhetoric they’ve directed at him. Their newfound approach, however, looked more like an act of desperation rather than a sincere effort to understand the political landscape.

Kelly, who honed her skills as a litigator and later as a renowned journalist, wasted no time dismantling the credibility of Scarborough and Brzezinski. She characterized them as an “absolutely ridiculous pair,” highlighting their contradictory stances and calling out their dramatic shift in behavior as self-serving and pathetic. After all the dire warnings about Trump being a threat to democracy, their hurried pivot towards him reeks of desperation, likely spurred by dwindling ratings that have plagued MSNBC since the election.
Kelly further unleashed her observations by aligning herself, perhaps begrudgingly, with Keith Olbermann’s scathing comments about the pair. In doing so, she pointed out that both Scarborough and Brzezinski were nothing more than “grifters.” They’ve sacrificed any remnants of journalistic integrity in their quest for ratings and relevance, engaging in what she termed “true bootlicking.” The mockery of their earlier doomsday predictions has perhaps reached its peak, painting a clear picture of their hypocrisy.
