The whole cringe-worthy scene unfolded when Garrison dared to ask some tough questions during their interview, and boy, oh boy, did Jean-Pierre not like that one bit!

First off, Garrison had the audacity to inquire whether President Biden has dementia, which left Jean-Pierre huffing and puffing. She fired back at him, calling the question “incredibly offensive” and insisted that the president’s health has been professionally detailed by his physician. Talk about dodging the question, huh? But that wasn’t all. When Garrison had the nerve to ask how Mr. Biden plans on rounding up votes when Americans are feeling the pinch in their wallets, Jean-Pierre went off on a tirade, blaming everything on the previous administration and trying to make it seem like the sun shines brightest when Biden’s around. Talk about spinning a yarn!
Then, to top it all off, Jean-Pierre abruptly cut the call short and wished Garrison an “amazing, amazing day” before hanging up. Cowabunga, that’s one way to make a swift exit! But let’s call a spade a spade here—it was surely a bad look for Jean-Pierre, as Rebecca went on to report.

He spilled the beans that it was actually the White House that reached out to set up the interview in the first place, and he figured he’d try to squeeze in a couple of hard-hitting questions to snag a juicy soundbite. And boy, did he ever get one! When he brought up concerns about Biden’s mental fitness, Jean-Pierre wasn’t having any of it. Then, when he dared to ask directly if Biden has dementia, Jean-Pierre was downright appalled. Can you believe that?

The White House had the audacity to push back against claims that Jean-Pierre basically hung up on Garrison, saying she had several back-to-back interviews scheduled and didn’t just slam the phone down. They even went on to suggest that Garrison and his crew were the ones adding sound effects for drama, which Garrison was quick to dispute.
