The Supreme Court has issued a unanimous ruling in favor of none other than former President Donald Trump, much to the dismay of the liberal justices who were eager to keep him off state primary ballots. In a move that is sure to ruffle some feathers on the Left, the majority opinion made it crystal clear that it’s Congress’s responsibility, not the States, to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment against federal officeholders and candidates. Sorry, Dems, but it looks like you’ll have to come up with a different plan to keep Trump at bay.

The trio of Democratic-appointed Justices, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson, didn’t hold back in their criticism of the majority opinion.
