Trump Ditches Debate for Electric Florida Rally!

In a bold move that is sure to ignite his supporters, President Trump has announced that he will hold a MAGA rally during the third Republican primary debate on November 8. This comes as no surprise as Trump has been boycotting the debates, citing his significant lead over his distant primary challengers. Can you blame him? Why waste time on a debate when you’re already way ahead?

The rally will be held in Hialeah, Florida, just a short drive away from the debate venue at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. Trump knows how to make a statement, and what better way to do it than to overshadow the debate with a massive rally of his own? Take that, NBC News!

It seems like Trump has found better things to do during the previous debates as well. He skipped the first one for an interview with Tucker Carlson, a sensible choice if you ask me. And during the second debate, he gave a powerful speech to autoworkers in Michigan, highlighting his populist appeal. Who needs a boring debate when you can connect directly with the people who matter?

In the lead up to the third debate, Trump didn’t hold back in his assessment of his rivals. He referred to Nikki Haley as a “bird brain” and criticized Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who he claimed has been “dropping like a rock.” Ouch. But it’s not surprising considering that DeSantis, once seen as Trump’s biggest primary threat, has slipped into the single digits in recent polls. Meanwhile, Trump’s lead remains strong at a whopping 59 percent. Looks like DeSantis can’t keep up with the Trump train.

As the debate qualifications tighten, one has to wonder if it’s even worth having these debates anymore. Trump certainly thinks it’s time to cancel them and focus on defeating Joe Biden. And who can blame him? Biden’s administration is trying to put Trump in prison, for goodness’ sake! Despite facing a barrage of indictments, Trump is still polling competitively with Biden. In fact, an Emerson poll even shows Trump leading Biden by two points. And when it comes to young voters, Trump is ahead by two points as well. Looks like the youth are waking up to the reality of Trump’s successful presidency.

Of course, Trump’s primary challengers are quick to criticize his absence from the debates. They call it cowardice, but let’s face it, it doesn’t seem to be hurting him one bit. Trump knows how to play the game and he’s winning. So while the other candidates are stuck on that debate stage, Trump will be rallying his supporters and solidifying his position as the frontrunner. Love him or hate him, you have to admit, Trump knows how to make things interesting.
