The Oversight Project wasted no time gathering documentation and found that almost all of Biden’s executive orders bore the same autopen signature, apart from a single noteworthy document—his announcement to bow out of the 2024 presidential race. That signature distinctly lacked the “Jr.” suffix, which left some wondering if it was Biden himself or merely another ghostwriter recording history for him.
It would be a tad ironic if Biden’s official decrees, which often landed on the extreme left of the political spectrum, were signed under duress of his aides rather than his own volition.
