The recent multi-agency declassification effort has unleashed a torrent of material and speculation, which is why viewers are primed to assume the worst or the most sensational.
That said, journalists and citizens alike must resist the temptation to treat every viral clip as definitive proof of extraterrestrial intervention. Plenty of commenters and online sleuths have already flagged similar Iran clips as older or repurposed footage rather than new, authenticated evidence, and the provenance of many of these viral videos remains murky. Sensible skepticism is not cowardice; it’s how patriots separate genuine breakthroughs from theater.
