The liberal Biden administration has once again dipped into American taxpayers’ pockets to fund Iranian-backed terrorists in southern Lebanon. The U.S. State Department proudly announced this week that a whopping $67 million is being funneled to ‘vulnerable populations’ in Lebanon. But what they fail to mention is that these so-called vulnerable populations are none other than members of the notorious terrorist group, Hezbollah.

Not only is the Biden administration turning a blind eye to the heinous actions of Hezbollah, but they are also actively providing financial support to the families of these terrorists. Let’s not forget that it is Hezbollah who initiated the conflicts with Israel, leading to the displacement of thousands of innocent civilians. It’s outrageous that hard-earned American dollars are being sent to aid the very individuals responsible for causing chaos and devastation in the region.
While the U.S. government paints a sympathetic picture of providing humanitarian aid, they conveniently overlook the fact that over 60,000 Israelis in the north have been forced to flee their homes due to relentless rocket attacks by Hezbollah. Entire communities lie deserted as a result of the relentless onslaught by these terrorists. And let’s not forget the more than 117,000 Israelis displaced from the south following the Iran-backed Hamas massacre last October.
To make matters worse, the head of Hezbollah recently gloated about the pressure the Biden administration is exerting on Israel, proudly declaring that America is now supporting their cause. It’s a disgrace that the White House is being cheered on by a U.S.-designated terrorist organization.
It’s time for the Biden administration to be held accountable for their reckless and irresponsible use of American tax dollars. Instead of aiding and abetting terrorists, they should prioritize the well-being and safety of our allies, such as Israel, and put an end to this alarming misuse of funds.
